If you had access to a time machine, where and when would be the first place you travel to?
the year 3000 & something
If you could go on vacation for the next month with an unlimited budget, where would you go?

Bench Warrant Out for Lynne(RHOC)
According to TMZ: One of the "Real Housewives of Orange County" is officially a wanted woman accused of blowing off a judge in a million dollar legal battle.
Lynne Curtin and her husband Frank were supposed to appear in a Southern California courtroom yesterday to answer questions relating to a $1.2 million judgment they were ordered to pay to a former business partner but the couple completely bailed on the proceedings.
Now a judge in Riverside County, CA has issued a bench warrant for both Lynne and Frank's arrest.
It's been a rough year for Lynne's fam as TMZ previously reported, they were also evicted from their home back in August for not paying rent.
WOW! I'm kinda Gaggin. I thought she would have gotten busted for drug use before someting like that. then to find out she got evicted for not payig rent. It's funny how she got money to shop, travel & get a facelift. BTW, I must say her facelift is OVAH!

Day26 Minus Que...
Music group Day 26 has decided to release member Que from the group. Que, surprised and hurt over the release, blasted the news via Twitter stating he received a the letter from his former bandmates, informing him of the let go.
In a WGCI radio interview, Day 26 member Willie spoke on the matter explaining what viewers saw during MTV’s Making The Band 4 was an accurate glimpse into their relationship with Que. According to Willie, “that was true, there was no script to it… that’s how he was acting…what people don’t know is we almost lost our deal. A lot of stuff we almost lost because of this dude.” Willie went on to explain, “You have shows where Que wouldn’t show up. He changed his number, changed his Twitter…we didn’t have contact with the dude.” He further referred to Que’s presence in the group as cancer and he had to go.
Que responded to the allegations via video through his new management, Soul World Entertainment. According to Que, “I feel bad for my brothers because they don’t get it and they making me seem like the bad guy. It’s Screwface, it’s not Puff. It was Screwface. It wasn’t Bad Boy.”
Que then denied not showing up to Day 26 concerts and accused them of not wanting to get their business in order. He claims to still have love for Day 26 but is moving on.

Beanie Sigel in car crash
Philadelphia rapper and current Jay-Z rival Beanie Sigel was injured in a car accident in Baltimore on Saturday (Dec. 19). Sigel, who was leaving a recording studio, was riding in a car that was side swiped and then run-off the road by a tractor trailer. The car was totaled and Sigel sustained injuries to his face, arms and legs. At press time no other information regarding additional passengers was released. According to his rep, the rapper did not seek medical treatment for his injuries and performed at a show in Norfolk, Va., Sunday.
In recent months, Sigel has found his name back in the news due to his ongoing beef with Jay-Z. After being introduced to the music industry as a member of Jay's Roc-A-Fella crew, the Philly emcee felt abandoned by his Brooklyn counterpart and recently released the track 'Average Cat' to address the issue. In response, Jay stated that many of Sigel's career downfalls were his own fault. "Beanie Sigel, at the time, and you can look it up if you'd like, was driving two Bentleys," he said in an interview. "With his momma in the sticks and selling 800,000 records. I don't know. What more can you do for somebody at that point? At some point, you have to look in the mirror and look at yourself."
Sigel is said to be linking with part-time Hov hater, 50 Cent for an upcoming tour. The two previously collaborated on the Jay-Z diss track 'I Go Off,' which was released in November.

Brittany Murphy R.I.P 11/12/77 - 12/20/09
Born November 10, 1977 actress Brittany Murphy died Sunday, December 20, 2009 at the age of 32. The actress went into full cardiac arrest, and paramedics were unable to revive her.
Brittany Murphy broke onto the scene as the girl most in need of a makeover in Clueless starring Alicia Silverstone. From that 1995 film, Murphy went on to star in films such as Girl, Interrupted, Sidewalks of New York, Riding in Cars with Boys, Don't Say a Word, Spin, 8 Mile, Just Married, Drop dead Gorgeous, Little Black Book, Sin City & Uptown Girls.
Murphy also built up a solid resume doing voice work. Murphy lent her voice to the animated TV series King of the Hill as both Luann and Joseph. Murphy also provided the voice of Elijah Wood's love interest in the animated movie, Happy Feet. Not only was she called upon to act the part of a singing penguin in that family film, Murphy also sang "Somebody to Love" and "Boogie Wonderland" (both songs are included on the Happy Feet soundtrack).
In recent memory, Brittany Murphy had been receiving press for her described "loopy" behavior, her husband and her thin frame. Movies? Not so much: her acting had been put on the back-burner. With the star's film career stalled, mentions of the actress on gossip sites usually used the words "crazy" and "difficult" rather than "talented."
She appeared thinner than usual at her final public event, when she walked the red carpet Dec. 3 at the opening of Tt Collection's Pop-Up shop in Los Angeles. Us Magazine quoted one blogger as saying her dress "hung to her skin and bones frame" at the event.
Two days before, she appeared "quite thin," "out of it" and with eyes "dilated" at the premiere of her latest film, 'Across the Hall,' according to Gawker's assessment of an interview she did with MaximoTV.com.
Perez Hilton bluntly asked if Murphy was "all hopped up on the crazy happy pills" at the premiere and said she was "lookin' a little Abdrool-y" -- a pet name he's given to Paula Abdul.
But besides the criticism tied to her appearance, Murphy had found herself in the headlines in recent months more for her husband. Simon Monjack (profiled here) landed in the hospital in late November after he fell ill on a plane due to unknown circumstances (possibly asthma). The 911 call described him as having "stopped breathing."
Monjack, a screenwriter, is also being blamed for Murphy's recent departure from the film, 'The Caller.' Contrary to prior reports that Murphy was fired for being difficult, Showbiz411's Roger Friedman is reporting that it was Monjack's erratic on-set behavior that led to her firing. Michael Z. Gordon, a producer who cast Murphy in the upcoming 'Shrinking Charlotte,' said he'd been warned about Monjack's antics on the set of 'The Caller.'
"'Monjack came on the set inebriated," Gordon said he'd been told. "The producers wanted to keep him away. Brittany of course defended him. And so she was let go."
Two weeks ago, 'Saturday Night Live' ran a skit lampooning Murphy, using 'The Caller' scandal and her apparent loopiness as the idea. The segment featured Abby Elliott playing a clearly out-of-it Murphy, who mistakenly thinks she's hosting the show again (Murphy helmed 'SNL' once, in 2002). NBC has since pulled the sketch from their site and Hulu.
Murphy's film career had been long-hampered by reports she was a difficult addition to any set. Blogs and tabloids were not the only ones accusing her of being a risk to casting directors.
In 2002, the New York Times used "difficult" to describe her. The New York Post went one step further in 2008, calling her "extremely difficult" for alleged demands including peanut-butter sandwiches. MSNBC said she was acting "erratic" at a 2004 press event for 'Uptown Girls' and The Wrap said she was "barely there" on the set of 'Something Wicked.'
The star's tragic death on Sunday has sadly only brought on more speculation about her health. TMZ is reporting the actress had experienced flu-like symptoms in recent days and that she had begun vomiting early Sunday. Sources to the site said no illegal drugs were found in Murphy's home, but it is apparent the actress was taking some prescription medications. After the 911 call, Murphy's mother Sharon told paramedics her daughter was diabetic.
An autopsy is scheduled for today(Monday, Dec 21st 2009) but the LA County Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter told the press Sunday evening that the tragedy was likely the result of natural causes.

Chris Brown's return performance at Powerhouse
Tuesday October 27th marked Chris Brown's return to the stage after months since he beat the shit out of Rihanna. Brown had an electrifying performance at powerhouse singing some new songs as well as his older hits like “Wall 2 Wall”, “Gimme That” & “Take You Down” to name a few. I still don’t care too much for Brown as a person but I must admit that boy got it going on. The beginning gives me a slight Michael Jackson tease but his set was very entertaining. I’m actually looking forward for his new album to come out. He’s very talented. I can only speak for myself when I say that I will not let what goes on in his personal life effect how I feel about his music or how his is as a performer. I mean shit look at R. Kelly. We all knew it was that nigga in the video but we still jam to his music old & new. Ya’ll better act like you know. Chris Brown is back baby!!
Check out the video of his performance below....

Balloon Boy Incident a 'Hoax'
According to TMZ, Larimer County Sheriff Jim Alderden says they have evidence that the runaway balloon incident was a "hoax" and a "publicity stunt" to promote a reality show
Alderden says they plan on filing charges against Richard and Mayumi Heene soon -- one of which would be contributing to the delinquency of a minor, which is a felony. The other charges could be conspiracy, false reporting and attempt to influence an officer.
The most significant charges they face could result in a maximum sentence of six years in prison and a $500,000 fine.
The kids will probably not face charges, Alderden says, because of their age. Alderden says Child Protective Servics has been notified and will be conducting an investigation.
Alderden says the hoax was a "planned event for two weeks."
Alderden said that if the charges do go forward, they will seek restitution for all the expenses the county incurred. He doesn't believe anyone would serve jail time because of the overcrowding situtation in Colorado and because it would be their first offense.
He did not set a time frame for when arrests would be made.
The sheriff also said this about Richard Heene: "His education level is only high school ... he may be nutty, but he's not a professor."
